SEMMELRAMEN

The Swedish semla is traditionally a bun but comes in new shapes every year. There’s been semlas in form of wraps, pizzas and smoothies to mention a few. I decided to create the next interpretation of the semla and thougt that ramen would be the perfect style for this traditional swedish fika.
